A Few of our Favorites

It’s Friday, and we’re in love with these recent WOTW Squarespace sites — all built on the new Squarespace 7.1 platform.

Sure, we can tell you why we think the move from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1 is so awesome and exciting. But the proof is in the sites, isn’t it? Here are a few recent projects completed on 7.1, so you can see the new platform in action. Click on the sites below to take a deeper dive and see how amazing the new Squarespace sites can really be.

Jenn Rose Smith

Developer: Hazar Alkhawaja
Project manager: Claire Harper

What our PM says: “Hazar built a stunning, Vogue-inspired portfolio website for a repeat client who does both videography and photography. In particular, Hazar did a great job of problem-solving a custom navigation bar that shrinks on scroll and integrating both vertical and horizontal auto-playing videos into the project pages. The client needed a clean site that didn't detract from her visual work, and Hazar definitely delivered — the client was SO happy that we were able to build her dream site!”

The Outreach Team

Developer: Attalie Dexter
Project manager: Jeannine Gallagher

What our PM says: “Attalie built this absolutely stunning site for The Outreach Team. It's super fun, fresh, colorful, yet super powerful and professional for their brand and their message. As a group that helps to find campaigners and organizers for national movements, they really needed a new site that felt as progressive as their vision. They are finally in the 21st century (as they said during launch)! The client LOVES the new site — and how could they not?”

PX Engagement

Developer: Shelly Morse
Project manager: Jeannine Gallagher

What our PM says:PX Engagement is an app for doctors/physicians/medical groups to make things easier for their patients and office staff. The site does an amazing job of telling people about the app in a super sleek way. They sent an inspo site, which was pretty fantastical in terms of movement. Shelly said, ‘OK, watch this — we can blow that one out of the water.’ And she definitely did.

Check out the loading screen's moving logo, the movement in the logo on the site, and gifs throughout, many of which Shelly edited. She also took the ‘Try a Demo’ widget at the bottom of the site and tailored that, too. Everything they asked for, she said, ‘oh yeah, we can do that,’ without batting an eye.”
