This year, one of our favorite new initiatives is our Pro program.

Pro partners are creative agencies that often have clients who are using their services, which typically fall under branding, copywriting or public relations, and also need a shiny new website during the process. ✨

That’s where we come in.

We build beautiful websites that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delightful for an agency’s clients to use, and for their clients to use. anyone to use. We also include SEO—because what’s the point of having a website if no one can find it?

But what does a Pro engagement look like from the inside?

Strangely enough, it’s not that different from our regular process.

A Pro build is similar to the established, tried-and-true Week of the Website process we use with our core business clients. After all, our process is the reason why we’re able to stand out in the web design industry. We find things like “special treatment” aren’t needed. A high-touch process is our standard.

Despite this, there will always be a different energy with Pro clients and Pro client referrals. Because they are personally project managed by one of our co-founders Kelsey or Mallory, or our operations manager Katie, it can have a more relaxed atmosphere internally. While we might not have known the client beforehand, they’re coming to us through an agency partner with whom we likely have a strong and positive relationship. That means there's often a level of trust that exists, which is a designer’s dream.

The result is in a fast-moving project—but as much pressure as our team is under to get it right, there’s also room for creativity and constructive feedback from the start, which is crucial for a successful collaboration (of which we’ve had quite a few!).

At the end of the day—or rather, the week—we get exactly what the client is looking for: elevated aesthetics built on a highly functional site and backed by a team they can trust to support them.
