  • We can help! We’ll start with the refresh, then move on to your punch list of updates & edits for the site (quoted separately).

  • We’ll refresh your site in just a day, then use the next few days to review the changes with you, and confirm everything feels just right. The full refresh timeline is 1 week.

  • We’ll start on Day 1 with the refresh itself, setting aside Day 2 for anything more involved or additional items you may need. On Day 3 we’ll meet via screen share to review all updates, then use Day 4 to make any small refinements/tweaks as needed. On Day 5, we’ll hand everything back to you!

  • There are a few things to consider when upgrading from Squarespace’s 7.0 to 7.1 platform version (we’ll talk through these with you during the scoping process. While we consider ourselves real-life magicians, there are only so many things we can do in a day, but we will be sure to talk to you about prioritizing, and you can let us know the comfort level on budget if we believe we need to add additional time.

  • There are a few things you can do to prepare for refresh success:

    • When scheduling, find a week with your best availability. That’ll ensure we have time to chat through the changes before handing everything back over to you.

    • For homepage changes, branding updates, or design refreshes/site edits, it’s best to create a punch list of what you’ll need ahead of time. That gives us the chance to clarify any questions with you before we get started, and be ready with new assets or content for maximum efficiency!

    • Be sure you have access to your site, so you can add our developers as a contributor ahead of our start date.
