WOTW Goes Pro

Teamwork truly makes the dream work with our new agency partnership program.

Kelsey and I love partnership, obviously. We’re eight years into a fruitful relationship as business partners and friends, so it’s not surprising that we’re pumped about teaming up with other agencies and freelancers through our new WOTW Pro program. While (always) evaluating how we can be stronger and nimbler while still providing the best client experience, we took a look at our books and realized that many of our most successful — and enjoyable — projects came from amplifying the work of other creatives. In short, we love being better together.

Here’s how WOTW Pro works: We partner with a creative agency on a project. That agency can focus on its strengths — think branding, graphic design, content, marketing strategy or a mix of all those skills — while we bring the project home with a website that shares their brilliant work, helps clients communicate their vision to their audience, and basically sets everyone up for success.  It’s a win-win; we get to build beautiful sites with intentional and well-thought-out assets provided by our partner agencies, and our partners get to look great to their clients using a heavily vetted process with glowing reviews. (Yeah, we’re tooting our horn here, but you don’t have to take our word for it.)

While we’re all about using our polished process for one-off clients, we know that building relationships with other agencies means finding harmony between two ways of working. Whether you want to white-label our services or introduce a client and let WOTW lead the way, we have the ability to customize our process for our Pro partners in a way we can’t do for individual projects. When establishing a relationship with folks like AFKMKTG or Made Better Brands, we are able to assess their project workflow and build ours around it. Maybe that means a process that takes a little more time to account for client feedback or one that begins with an all-team discovery call to ensure everyone’s on the same page. What stays the same? The end result is always a seamless, concierge-driven client experience that can be customized for Pro clients.

The best part is that we can partner with agencies that bring the same joy to projects that we do. Website design can be arduous, confusing and frustrating — even when working with an existing client. We built a way to make the design process smooth and enjoyable. No surprises, no red flags. The result is a project that’s more enjoyable, productive and successful when accomplished together.
