Event website design and ticketing

Event sites, with ticketing that lives on Squarespace

"
Our calendar lives on Eventbrite, and our site just links out to it."

"
People buy a ticket and immediately leave our website."

"
Every class repeats, and I rebuild every single one by hand."

For years, our event clients had the same problem.

Their Squarespace site looked great, but selling tickets meant sending people off to Eventbrite. Some buyers never made it back. Squarespace commerce is set up for products you ship, and an event ticket is really a spot at a specific time, so it never quite fit.

Kelsey, our founder, spent years producing food festivals and conferences before starting WOTW, so she knew the problem from both sides. She built Eventually to solve it. Eventually plugs directly into Squarespace, so tickets, registrations, and sign-ups all happen on your own site. Payments go through Squarespace checkout and the Stripe account you already have.

How it works, year to year

  • Set it up once.

Add your tickets, sponsorship levels, or a volunteer form, and publish it to your site.

  • Reuse it next year.

Duplicate last year’s event, change the date and price, and it’s ready to go.

  • Keep track in one spot.

Registrations and purchases show up together, so you can see who bought what and where the money went.

Pricing

Event sites start at $6,600. That includes a two-week sprint with extended discovery, five fully designed pages, and Eventually set up and ready to sell.

Already working with us? You can add Eventually to any WOTW project for preferred pricing.
