HCFR is a nonprofit organization that hosts monthly member events for professionals in foreign policy and international affairs. We worked with HCFR to bring back to life a website from a previous decade that was nearly impossible for them to update due to it being a custom build by a previous developer. We were able to really lean into the beauty of Squarespace as a platform to rebuild the public facing site in a way that is elegant and simple which reflects their brand.
Our main challenge was their members area. They were looking for an all-in-one that could deliver based on their current experience (for themselves and their members), so we dug in, had a decent amount of strategy calls, did lots of research, and were able to find a platform through Membership Works that met all of their needs. We met and overcame obstacles during this project and were able to exceed the client's expectations.
