Jessica Elders is a New York-based executive coach and leadership advisor with nearly two decades of HR leadership experience. She has built and led high-performing teams at The New York Times, Away, Teach For America, and Lyra Health, and holds coaching credentials from Columbia University's Center for Coaching Excellence, the Leadership Circle Profile, Corentus Team Coaching, and Korn Ferry. Her clients range from first-time managers finding their footing to senior leaders navigating complex organizational landscapes.
Jessica came to us mid-pivot — still in her senior HR role at Lyra Health while actively building her coaching practice and preparing to step into it full-time. She needed a professional site quickly: one that clearly communicated her expertise and offerings, instilled confidence in prospective clients, and left room to grow. She also wanted additional pages built and ready for future activation, knowing the content would continue to evolve.
We built a six-page Squarespace site with a distinct visual identity designed in partnership with Jessica during a separate branding engagement. The palette — warm orange, mint, lemon, blue, and pink against generous white space — is used deliberately throughout, with color accents on each offering type and subtle highlights woven through the copy. The site features a custom cursor, light animation, and typographic treatments that give the design personality without cluttering the layout. Pages include Home, About, Offerings, Praise (client testimonials), Contact, and a Leadership Circle Profile page ready to publish when the time is right. A contact form feeds directly to hello@jessicaelders.com, and LinkedIn is linked in the footer.
The Offerings page lays out six distinct service types — Executive Coaching Engagements, 360 Leadership Assessment, Laser Coaching, Team Coaching, Crucial Conversations, and HR Leadership Advisory Services — each styled with color-coded detail so visitors can quickly find what fits. Testimonials from editors-in-chief, founders, and senior HR leaders are woven across the site, lending social proof early in the visitor journey.
