Name: Jessica Grinberg
Current residence: West Hollywood, CA.
How did you get into web developing?
I was a certified optician in Paris, then I moved to the US and I had to switch careers. I found a job managing an e-commerce store. I started playing with the website design and features and designing newsletters. After a couple of years, I quit my job to learn web development and joined a coding bootcamp called General Assembly.
Favorite WOTW site you’ve designed and why?
Holbrook. I really enjoyed working on it! It was a bit challenging at first because photography was limited, but I found ways to give the new website a fresh look with the use of colors and patterns.
Where do you work best?
At home, where I’ve been working for about five years.
Workplace essentials?
Laptop, monitor, notebook, and coffee. I also just got a puppy who sleeps under or next to my desk when I work, and he’s becoming my co-worker.
Best learning resources?
Favorite Squarespace feature?
Squarespace app. I love how easy it is to make changes on the go.

What are you binge-watching?
I just binge-watched The White Lotus!

Good sushi.
